I grew up in a dysfunctional family surrounded by abuse, violence and trauma. But these wounds weren't just mine. They were generational.

They had been in my family long before I was. Later, I became who these experiences shaped me to be: The Unhealed Man.

For over a decade I projected pain I couldn't name onto myself and others. Prison or death felt more likely than peace.

Then I realised something that changed my life forever. If I didn't heal, my children and likely theirs, would inherit what I refused to face.
